I’m a husband, father of eight, and ministry leader with over 20 years of experience. From taking announcements to pastoring, leadership coaching to podcasting, I’ve spent my life helping people grow into the calling God has placed on them.
I’ve walked through brokenness, betrayal, burnout, and redemption. Those seasons formed me. That’s why I now teach others to lead from formation, not performance.
